Reopened in 2006, under new owners, Richard & Nikki Cooper, this traditional Regency-style coaching inn, has been transformed into a chic boutique hotel, providing an eclectic mix of classic period architecture, contemporary design, modern-rustic furniture, antiques & quirky details. Some have vintage roll-top baths; one has a magnificent four-poster bed. All rooms have luxury en suite bathrooms. A relaxed, informal restaurant offers candlelit dinners & a simple, daily menu of seasonal dishes using fresh organic ingredients & Lyme Bay seafood, plus lunches, afternoon teas, classic cocktails & real ales.
