Our romantic restaurant occupies part of the original Period house built in the 17th century and the oak-beamed restaurant, lit by warm candle light in the evenings, retains many of its original features.

Locally produced foods are used in all of our dishes and you can choose from a wide range of English and French cuisine, complemented by a wine list of fifty carefully selected wines and champagnes.

The romantic hotel is a short drive to miles of golden sands stretching between Burnham-on-Sea and Brean, one of the best places in Somerset for a private picnic.

And close by there's the beautiful heather-clad Exmoor with it's ancient forests, deep valleys and sparkling rivers. And of course the wonderful vistas from the Blackdown Hills and Glastonbury Tor are nearby too. Romantic walks abound!
