Lammas Park offer two suites, the Henley (Superking) and The Oxford (king) which have tea and coffee facilities, television/video/dvd and are comfortable and large plus a smaller twin offering tea and coffee facilities, television and en-suite. All rooms are to the front of the house and overlook Dawlish and the sea.

The Henley is on the first floor with a balcony, The Oxford and the Twin are on the second floor and offer wonderful views however the sweeping staircase has a large tread and a small riser therefore it is not too strenuous. The Observatory, third floor, is available to our guests at any time and as the name suggests has stunning panoramic views. By prior arrangement it would be a pleasure to cook dinner for our guests with The Observatory offering a suitable venue for that pre-dinner drink.
