Polzeath Beach, Wadebridge, Cornwall

A sand and shingle beach with some rock pools.

The beach has a large expanse of flat sand at low tide is suitable for various beach games. Watch out for the dolphins and seals riding the waves alongside the surfers! Due to its location Polzeath has a very mild winter climate and a generally hot and sunny disposition during the summer.

Beach facilities include disabled access, toilets (including disabled), refreshments and lifeguard cover during the summer months.

The nearest town is Wadebridge. Follow the B3314 towards Polzeath from Wadebridge. The route is signed.
