Perched on the hillside overlooking a stunning valley sits Claverton Manor, an elegant Georgian-style home built in 1820. For over 40 years this magnificent building has been home to the American Museum in Britain. It contains a unique collection of decorative arts, in period rooms, illustrating the way our colonial ancestors lived between the 17th and 19th centuries.

Wander through the new American Heritage exhibition, learning more about the Founding Fathers, Native Americans and the Civil War.
