Built as a Hunting Lodge in 1608 this Castle has been owned by the same family for over 360 years. Follow their fortunes, fate and the fire from then until the present day. Explore the Castle and discover it’s fascinating history from the reconstructed kitchen, laundry and wine cellar to the gallery on the Weld family, owners since 1641. Climb the tower and see some spectacular views across the World Heritage Jurassic Coast. You can have fun in the indoor Children’s Activity Room with the jig.
Enjoy the tranquillity of the nearby 18C Chapel, woodland and park walks or the Adventure Playground with aerial runway. A stroll across the parkland will take you to the fun of the friendly Animal Farm. Meet ‘Sancho’ reputed to be one of the oldest donkeys in Britain while peacocks and geese strut by. Relax in the Stable Café or browse for that special gift in the Courtyard Shop.

Follow the brown signs to Lulworth Castle which is just off the A352 between Wool and Wareham on the B3070.
