Brufani's, the 45-seater restaurant serves a wide-ranging A La Carte menu of specialty dishes, with ingredients selected and bought from local suppliers on a daily basis by the Head Chef. Diners can choose dishes like ‘Salad of Avocado, melon and stilton served with a basil and honey dressing’ – Sun dried Tomato and Goat’s Cheese Tartlet and Poached Salmon Fillet with Julienne of Carrots and Courgettes in Lobster Sauce’. There is also a “Specials” board, which changes regularly.
