Romantic Places to Visit

A sand and shingle beach close to the Exe Estuary.

Two miles of golden sand and safe swimming make this a popular beach. It is a great place to see wildlife particularly the migrating birds in the autumn and winter.

Historic cliffside fishing village, tranquil atmosphere, wonderful views, just unforgettable.

Voted North Devon Tourism's "Best Attraction" award 2008, you'll find Clovelly's cobbled streets clinging to a 400 foot cliff, with flower bedecked cottages seemingly tumbling to the 14th century harbour.
